Plan Policy

Bizzarro Agency LLC provides executive assistant services (“Services”) under a monthly retainer, subject to the plan purchased. The assigned executive assistant (“EA”) is an independent contractor engaged through Bizzarro (not the client’s employee). Service delivery is shared: the client sets priorities and provides direction; Bizzarro provides oversight and quality control. The EA may support multiple clients.

Scope includes executive assistant support such as calendar and inbox support, travel coordination, research, document/admin support, vendor coordination, and CRM management (including calls), as agreed. Prohibited requests include legal/financial advice, signing authority, illegal/unsafe activity, harassment, and other restricted tasks. The EA will not make purchases or incur charges unless specifically authorized in writing by the person purchasing the plan (or their designated approver).

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm Eastern Time, excluding holidays unless otherwise agreed. No after-hours work unless agreed in writing. No backup coverage is included by default. Client agrees to provide clear instructions and meet at least once per week online to review priorities.

Billing: work is billed in 10-minute increments. Clients may audit time entries and task logs via Airtable dashboards. Billing disputes should be escalated to the COO of Bizzarro.

Payment: month-to-month, billed on a monthly cycle based on the client’s signup date. No setup fees or deposits. No refunds. If payment is not received when due, services are suspended until payment is received.

Rollover: up to 5 unused hours may roll over month-to-month (not convertible to cash).

Confidentiality and security: both parties will keep Confidential Information confidential and use reasonable safeguards. Bizzarro and/or the client may provide tools/accounts/passwords as needed; client authorizes access for service delivery. Bizzarro will notify the client within one (1) hour of confirming a security incident involving client data. Calls/communications may be monitored and/or recorded for quality assurance where legally permitted; client is responsible for obtaining any required consents and complying with applicable communication laws.

IP/work product: Bizzarro owns templates, systems, processes, and work product created or used to deliver Services, with a limited license for the client’s internal use during the term. Bizzarro may reuse generalized, non-identifying learnings and templates without disclosing client Confidential Information.

Non-solicitation: the client may not hire or engage the assigned EA outside of Bizzarro during the term and for 12 months after; violations may trigger a conversion fee.

Disclaimers/limits: Services are provided on a best-efforts basis with no guaranteed results. Consequential damages are disclaimed. New York law governs; disputes are resolved by binding arbitration in New York, NY; each party bears its own attorneys’ fees.
